Returns will only be accepted, and credit given, or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s). 
3. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 25 days of the date the item was delivered. 
4. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions. 
5. A restocking fee of 10% of the item price applies.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Please send us an email at service@bestmetalcraft.com. prior to returning the goods.
Once a return has been approved, you can be returned.Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.

* Items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items.
